Simon Stewart off to Chicago

Simon checked in from the Airport and was very surprised that Chemo has not started - he made a phone call and it turns out that someone has lost my consent form (I think I have already signed 2!) so he is mildly irritated about that.  Anyway I have spoken to Mena and Sister Cerise and they are all working on it.  Sterile Room closes at 14:00 so if it doesn't happen soon it ain't gonna happen today. mmm Paperwork...........
